Video: That One Time It Snowed in Tahoe

Lake Tahoe's Janky Films documents the storm that dropped six-plus feet of snow, in April

Better late than never. That was the mantra for Tahoe skiers last season when winter finally arrived in April after a soul-crushing season of high pressure. Lake Tahoe’s Janky Films documented the storms that came through the Sierras in late March/early April. The crew skied South Lake Tahoe’s perfectly spaced glades in the backcountry, hit Squaw Valley’s KT-22 on a storm day, and caught one of the only Palisades sessions of the season (around the 8 minute mark).
