Vonn to ski in the FIS Alpine World Cup in Lake Louise, Canada

For immediate release:

All eyes are on Lindsey Vonn this weekend as she attempts to return to the FIS Alpine World Cup in Lake Louise, Canada. Of Vonn's 59 career World Cup victories, a record 14 have come in Canada dubbing the stop as "Lake Lindsey." The most decorated skier in U.S. history, Vonn (Vail, CO) currently stands behind only the all-time World Cup wins record of Annemarie Moser-Proell's 62 among women's racers. In addition to teammates Julia Mancuso, Leanne Smith and Stacey Cook, Vonn will face stiff competition from rival Tina Maze (SLO) and current overall points leader Lara Gut (SUI).
