MT. CRESTED BUTTE, Colo. – January 02, 2010 –Crested Butte Mountain Resort has reached the milestone of 100 inches of cumulative snow with the arrival of the second major winter storm in a week.  In the past seven days, the resort has received over a half of a foot of snow, and weather reports indicate the possibility of at least ten more inches of snow falling over the course of the weekend.  The snow adds to a variety of exciting events on Saturday and Sunday, including the grand opening of the DC Superpipe and the first USSA sanctioned Rocky Mountain Division Junior race series of the season.
