Lindsey Vonn, the winningest women’s ski racer in history with 63 World Cup victories, was injured in a crash while skiing in New Zealand today.

“Unfortunately I crashed today and have a small fracture in my ankle. Headed home now but will keep u posted. #minorsetback #cantslowmedown,” Vonn tweeted earlier today. Perhaps her sunny dissipation comes from much experience overcoming injury. In 2014, the 30-year-old missed out on the Sochi Olympics due to injury. Most recently, Vonn has been focusing on the 2018 Winter Games in Pyeongchang, South Korea, and was amid a second week in New Zealand for her first on-snow training.

No information about the severity of the injury or which ankle was fractured has been provided.
