Mother Nature came through on her obligation to give this holiday season, from nearly coast to coast. After a dismal 2012 season, which set a scary precedent for skiing’s climate change-addled future, the two weeks surrounding Christmas in the Northeast were cause for celebration, jubilation, and inebriatian. In snow, of course.
