Mountain Rider’s Alliance Announces Limited Edition Custom Ski Sale
Partnership with Skilogik offers 500 limited edition MRA custom graphic skis available across entire product line

From Mountain Rider’s Alliance — Skiers around the globe can now show support for a future in skiing that is based on community values, environmental respect and access to exciting terrain with minimal infrastructure by purchasing this limited edition Mountain Rider’s Alliance Skilogik custom graphic ski, now available on Skilogik’s entire lineup.

Mountain Rider’s Alliance (MRA), a collaborative organization developing community-supporting, environmentally-friendly, rider-centric mountain playgrounds that encourage minimal carbon footprint business practices and on-mountain green energy production, has teamed up with Skilogik, the industry leader in sustainable ski making, to create a limited edition graphic ski.

Inspired by MRA’s flagship project, Manitoba Mountain, located in Alaska, the one-of-a-kind top sheet design showcases the beauty of the terrain while giving homage to the sun, rivers, and natural environment.

The MRA limited edition ski is available in all Skilogik models including the Howitzer, Powder Magazine’s 2012 Skier’s choice of the year. With only 500 pairs available, this opportunity to support a sustainable future in skiing will pass quickly.

A percentage of the proceeds will go to the Native American Olympic Team Foundation. NAOTF was founded in 1996 by Olympian Suzy Chaffee to inspire joyful unity through skiing, snowboarding, and supporting the Olympic aspirations of Native Americans.

Included with the purchase is a MRA t-shirt, ski strap, and stickers as well as a microbrick of Green Ski Wax and a $100 coupon towards a future MRA Mountain Playground membership. In addition, for each purchase made, Skilogik has implemented a “Plant a Tree Program” that assists reforestation in a reclaimed Brazilian rainforest preserve.
