March 18, 2013 Silverton, Colorado… Silverton offers the best of all worlds this spring with the Brewski microbrew fest, Sister’s Meeting in the Mountains and unguided skiing. The only thing lacking is beginner terrain and crowds.

Silverton Sister’s Meeting in the Mountains is quickly becoming a must do for women in the outdoor and snow sports industries to rendezvous for phenomenal expert-only skiing, networking, inspiration and education.

This Annual Meeting in the Mountains is a weekend packed with skiing or riding steeps, participating in educational / inspirational presentations from some of the most well respected women in the industry. Previous speakers have included Megan Michelson (ESPN Freeskiing Editor), Donna Carpenter (President of Burton), Wendy Fisher (former Olympian, named one of the most influential female skiers by Freeskier Magazine), Annie Fast (1st female editor of Transworld Snowboarding –or any snowboard magazine), Alison Gannett (World Champion Extreme Freeskier and global cooling advocate), Re Wikstrom (Photographer scoring covers of Backcountry, Freeskier, & Skiing Magazine), Lisa Branner (Co-owner of Venture Snowboards) and Tess Weaver (former editor at Powder Magazine and freelancer).

“I just love it when women can come together to get motivated and build each other up. What could be more inspiring than the best skiing in the country paired with the biggest names in the industry?” – Jenny Brill Co-Owner Silverton Mountain
