Chicago Ridge Snowcat Tours is operated at Ski Cooper near Leadville, Colorado. It is 110 miles from Denver International Airport and approximately 35 miles from Vail, Colorado This is epic backcountry from deep powder to open bowls, steeps, and treed glades. Chicago Ridge backcountry guest’s average 10 – 12 runs a day. The Snowcat coaches are plush, and heated. The Chicago Ridge guides serve a “gourmet” lunch in our heated backcountry yurt. Après ski at the Lodge is also a tradition after a great day on the “Ridge.”
